Your appointment is very important to Reflections Salon by Jessica. It is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for all cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving us enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file.

• A cancellation with less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
• “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
• If you make an appointment within 24 hours and need to cancel, you must let us know within 4 hours of the appointment time, or you will be charged equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby clients of an availability.

Should Reflections Salon by Jessica need to cancel your appointment due to unsafe weather conditions, power outages, or other unforeseen events with less than 24 hours notice, we will do all we can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner. And, you will only be charged half price for your next identical service. Reflections Salon by Jessica values your time and feels it is fair for us to honor the same policies we hold our clients to.

Reflections Salon by Jessica policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.
